Stayed at this amazing family owned cottage in Alva, Scotland. The countryside location is perfect for a getaway. There are walking trails to 2 local villages. The cottage had 1 bedroom and bath downstairs and another bedroom and bath upstairs. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Truly enjoyed our stay and we plan to go back.
Stayed at this exceptional cottage where we truly had the best holiday. The 2 bedroom cottage was spacious and very comfortable. It is far enough to be off the grid in the quiet surroundings of nature, but close enough to be a short car drive to Stirling station where you can hop on the train to go anywhere. Laura was exceptionally nice and very accommodating. The cottage has 1 bedroom downstairs with a dining room and kitchen. The upstairs is a bedroom with 3 twin beds. Highly recommend
