I had an old filling that had to be replaced. Dr. Simonds and her staff were very friendly, and the procedure was pain-free. I even watched a movie during the procedure!
I was having discomfort and Ballwin Dental Care squeezed me in right away. I was so appreciative! They take extra special care of their patients.
I had a great welcome experience. They provided a tour of the facility, very friendly staff. My cleaning was done meticulously and gently. And I got a cute bag with some welcome gifts as soon as I walk in.

I found Ballwin Dental Care through a random Google search. I've never been to any medical office where the entire staff was *so* nice. I have a pretty bad fear of dentist visits so I *really really* appreciated Jessica and Dr. Kim for not just doing dental work, but also making me feel comfortable and helping me deal with my anxiety. It's nice to be treated like a person instead of a patient.

Can a dentist visit really be fun? Yes, I know, weird, but the staff are so much fun and so professional, a pleasure to be around.
I had my regular cleaning as well as three fillings and an extraction scheduled, but due to some illnesses, the appointment was rescheduled. The office staff made a great effort to see that my work could be done that same day, (my day off) and were able to complete the entire procedure as planned. This really made me feel like a valued customer, as opposed to just a patient.
