Great service friendly atmosphere I'm glad I chose them.
Let me start out by saying how much I enjoyed visiting the Ballwin Dental Group. It was refreshing to be treated like an old friend or family, even though I am a relatively new patient. And, upon a subsequent visit for a distressed tooth, they fit me in to make sure I was taken care of. Can't say enough nice things about the team here and the Doctor. This is my new "home" for dental care.
They were able to get me in on the same day when I called to schedule a cleaning and mentioned that I had pain. Staff was very friendly and personable. Explained everything that needed to be done in an way that didn't talk down to me or make me feel dumb. Glad that I choose them, plus very Connie to to get to.
Jeannie is the best always looking out for better appointment and look ahead for insurance coverage.
Everyone here is always so friendly and seem to really enjoy their job which always makes for a great atmosphere. They are always helpful and just as concerned about your health as you are!

The office staff worked my daughter in quickly to extract a stubborn baby tooth. Everyone was very friendly and caring. She was out and feeling perfectly fine within an hour!
