If there ever was anyone terrified of going to the dentist, it was me. This is the first dental office that has totally put me at ease, and I completely trust everyone that works here. I would recommend anyone to make Ballwin Dental Care your dentist if you are looking for one!
After having lost my front tooth/veneer at 7:00 on Tuesday evening... In a horrible panic I called, thinking I would leave a message....Office picked up and was able to get me in Wed. Morning... Thank you Thank you
There was a power outage in Ballwin the morning of my appointment, but the power came back on moments before my scheduled appointment and you couldn't even tell it had been out for an hour. Ballwin Dental Care is one well oiled machine - of course I am a bit biased...
Always kind, professional, really good dental care. Everybody is respectful and friendly.
I think Tiffany did a great job. Dr. Kim seemed mildly interested in a continuing issue that I have had for at least 2 visits, but I am very disappointed that Ballwin Dental has decided not to take Medicare. This seems to be a trend among many health care professionals and while I understand the government is not always the easiest entity with which to work, it makes it more difficult for me, as a long time patient. It may lead to me finding another dentist.
I just love this place... Individualized service... Clean environment... State of the art equipment.
I broke off part of a tooth and Jeanne was able to fit me in on short notice. The tooth is now repaired and thank you to all your staff for excellent service.

I moved to this area very recently and I found Ballwin Dental Care more or less by chance. It was my lucky day! The office is extremely clean and their technology is up-to-date. The staff is friendly, professional, courteous, efficient, and caring. I feel very fortunate to have found this dental practice!!!
