My daughter whined all the way to the dental appointment. But I knew she was nervous because of a previous experience with her braces. I was trying to get an appointment to fit my schedule. Ballwin dental care took down my name and called me when a spot opened up that suited my availability. The friendliness I experienced at the front desk was beyond me. I had all these nice ladies introduce themselves and welcome me to the office. My hygienist took the time to explain everything that was going on. Together with the lady who took the photos, their bubbly personalities "infected" me. I was all smiles by the time I left there. My standard cleaning and checkup. Always professional and friendly. Been there for 14 years. Won't change.
Came back in for my permanent crown today. They were a couple days in advance so they were able to get me in and I was out in under 30 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and the process was simple.
My family of 4 went in all together and they took the time to greet us at the door. I thought that was very impressive. They were very thorough with all of us and really took the time to explain everything. They were excellent with my 4-year-old. This was his first visit to the dentist and he was not scared a bit! My husband was very impressed as well. Will definitely return and refer to others.

I am beyond terrified of going to the dentist. Haven't been in over 10+ years due to a tramatic experience with another dentist. I was beyond terrified, sweaty palms the whole works. I was expecting to be judged as most dental offices do, and Omg I am so relieved! I have never felt so welcomed and comfortable ever! I must say every time I come it just gets better and better. I bought in both my kids for there cleaning. My daughter does well in her own. But I was worried about my son bc his first visit didn't go well. But this time it was great Dr. Dan and Mrs Tammy were so amazing. I just couldn't believe how they were able to get him to sit and let them clean his teeth. Ballwin dental surprises me every day. Thank you so much.
