Care was great as usual. Debbie then suggested that I sIgn up for the drawing as I leave. When I tried I was informed that my friend contact the office when he arrives. What is the rule? I do not think I should ask my friend to do this. He will be in later this week. What is the rule? I would like a chance to win the tv & its components. Was there a miscommunication? I hope so.
Everyone was great with my daughter who is a month shy of three years old. She is a shy girl and doesn't tend to like new situations, and yet everyone at Ballwin Dental Care was able to make her feel comfortable. They allowed her to sit on my lap and were very patient with her, not moving too fast and allowing to go at her pace. With such a gentle approach, she got her teeth cleaned and had a very positive experience! Thank you!

My first experience at Ballwin Dental was incredible -- not only was everyone friendly and welcoming, they were also very professional and thorough! A problem was discovered that I have had for years that no one else had noticed. The atmosphere was very pleasant, warm, and inviting. The best dental experience I have ever had!
this was my first visit to this facility. The staff was extremely friendly and made my visit so relaxing. I didn't know what to expect but it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very informative on the dental work needed, good suggestions, and let me know what portion of my dental bill that my dental insurance covered or not covered. I loved it. Thanks, Debbie and Dr Kim and (I don't know the tech who assisted Debbie) but thanks to her as well.
Everyone was very caring and welcoming for my 5 year old son. He looks forward to his visits!

This place is hands down THE BEST. Everything from the extremely thoughtful and caring staff to the comforts of watching tv during a procedure. They truly make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I've been going there for years and have been so impressed, I took my 3yr old daughter for her first visit there and they were AMAZING with her. Friendly, professional and willing to do whatever necessary to make the visit as pleasant as possible for the patient. Have been a patient for nearly forty years and highly recommend.
