I am new to Missouri and needed a new dentist so I gave Balling Dental a go! I am so glad I did! They are all so friendly, welcoming and kind! I loved my experience and I already have my next visit set up! Thanks guys!
The hygienist and dentist I saw were extremely professional and friendly. I was treated very professionally and did not have to wait long from my appointment. Each service and treatment was thoroughly explained.
Well, I just added another filling and a new crown to my dental collection. As always, the care that I received was outstanding! Dr. Dan did a wonderful, painless job 2 weeks ago repairing my cavity and prepping for my new crown. He has a wonderful manner and does a great job explaining procedures, so you always know what to expect. Yesterday, my permanent crown was seated and Dr. Dan took great pains to ensure it was a perfect fit. He even carefully adjusted my night guard. You have the nicest group of people working for you that I have ever experienced. They are kind, considerate and professional.
The filling was perfect, and it was finished in a very reasonable time. Also I didn't feel any pain when I got back home, which is an important thing for me.
I give them 5 stars
A truly enjoyable experience for me and my grandson. He commented on how professional the staff and dentist were and said, grand ma, they were really nice.

The staff was friendly and understanding They provided good cleaning and x-ray services I juts wish that if they've done a more detailed x-ray, cause I felt that not all my teeth were seen clearly. Other than that I enjoyed my experience as a new patient, and I hope for my next appointment everything goes smoothly.
