I was in today for the filling of a tooth at the gum line, lower left front. I was not looking forward to it as I had a busy day ahead. The procedure went smoothly, Dr. Dan took time to tell me what was happening just before he did something. That was helpful and calming to me. I can't recommend highly enough--very helpful, thorough, yet efficient and friendly. They obviously work very hard to care for their customers and to make dental care as pleasant as humanly possible. I really can't think of anything I'd change.
Tiffany did a great job cleaning my teeth and putting me at ease. Dr. Kim was thorough and professional and the office staff did a fine job. If they could just lower the price of service it would be perfect!
As always my experience at Ballwin Dental Care was great! A routine cleaning was on the menu for me, and Tiffany was thorough and gentle. Her bubbly personality made the time fly by! Dr. Kim was funny as always - the passion she has for her patients' dental health is outstanding. When I walk in the door at Ballwin Dental Care, I am met with genuine friendly people in every area. From the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors, everyone at Ballwin Dental Care gives excellent, high quality service with care for their patient's comfort and concerns.
Everyone was AWESOME! What a great business culture and in a dentist office no less. I had a check-up, cleaning and x-rays and everyone (Kristina, Dr. Kim and Tiffany) was warm, friendly and professional! Ballwin Dental Care was recommended to me as a great dental practice and I am glad I went there...I will certainly refer me family and friends there as well! Keep up the great work!
As before, everyone was upbeat and positive. Dental technician Tiffany explained a easier way for me to floss and demonstrated a flossing technique which was new to me.
