Ballwin Dental Care is simply the best dental office in town. Today, the amazing staff squeezed my same day appointment into their busy day, took me right in and helped me solve my dental problem. They always go the extra mile. Most of the staff even popped into my room just to say hi. They really make you feel special:) Thank you, Ballwin Dental!

I was impressed with the entire staff from the front desk to the dental hygienist. I went over their sterilization procedures on the phone before I made an appointment and was very pleased to hear they took extraordinary measures to make sure all of their sterilization procedures were up-to-date. I appreciate that Dr. Simonds saw me right away when I reported a toothache. She examined my tooth 360, and gave me a cost effective suggestion (pull the tooth) rather than undergoing a root canal that might not work. She was very empathetic but professional, and presented all options to me.
I really don't like going to the dentist-I was traumatized as a child, but the staff knows that and they go to great lengths to make me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Kim and her staff are fantastic!

I was really worried about having my old fillings replaced as I have had very little work done since I was a child. The experience ended up being easy, fast and painless. also during the procedure they noticed that a 3rd filling had fallen out so they fixed that one too, I really like everyone at Ballwin Dental care and they have great customer service. :)
The staff is so friendly and caring. I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist, but can't ask for a better experience.
