I had a rather vague intermittent pain that only occurred when chewing hard food. It disappeared when not chewing. Dr. Dan thoroughly evaluated the issue with several different techniques. The pain could not be reproduced in the office so the recommendation was to watch the suspect tooth and re-evaluate if the pain returned.
Dr. Dan and the staff were phenomenal as always. I am a huge chicken about the dentist and they never make me feel bad and do there best to put me at ease. Today I had impressions made for dentures actually and they were great about telling me about the process before they started and updating me on time during the process. They actually just called (as I was writing this) to say they want to make custom trays for me and do the impressions again to get the best possible ones for my dentures. I love their attention to detail!
The gum cleansing was surprisingly painless. All the hygienists were very professional. There was no waiting. I was ushered in for treatment at my appointed time.
I found this office on the internet for "emergency" care and was extremely impressed.
Very friendly office. I feel like they go beyond the level of care they are "supposed" to give. Very personable as well.
As always, my experience was very pleasant. The lady that cleaned my teeth, sorry I don't remember her name, was very pleasant and very gentle. The staff is always so friendly and fun to talk to. Dr. Kim examined my teeth after they were cleaned and she is always so pleasant. I love you all.
Dr Kim is the best. I've always been nervous to go to the dentist. She is so good and I have full trust in her as my dentist. My hygienist is very gentle and treats me as if I am her friend. I love going there to see everyone! It's like a family atmosphere! They will handle all of your insurance coverage for you so you know up front what is covered and what is not covered! I have never been to a better Dentist office.
Very good care... appreciate the professionalism and kind care.
I have been cavity free for over twenty years thanks to Tammy and the entire Ballwin Dental Care staff!
