The staff at Ballwin Dental is so nice! I actually did not mind coming to the dentist.
Even though it was a Saturday morning, the staff at Ballwin Dental Care was extremely upbeat, professional, and courteous. Everybody had a smile on their face and seemed eager to meet me the minute I walked through the door. I was very impressed with how thorough the hygenist and dentist were throughout the entire appointment. I look forward to going back for my follow up appointment.

I have been a patient of BDC for over 20 years. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and process my insurance without any problems. Everything about the office is very clean. They run on time and I don't have a long wait. My hygienist is gentle and very though even in my problem areas. The Drs are friendly and very knowledgeable. Over the years I have had fillings, an implant and gum problems and they have taken great care of me.
I went in today to have my first old filling replaced at this new-to-me dental office. I was warmly welcomed, quickly moved in to room and, prepared for a comfortable and interesting education of my tooth, its problems and the specifics of the care I would receive. Best routine exam I have ever had. Debbie, my hygienist, was excellent. Dr. Dan Gennaoui is one of the best dentists I have met. Ballwin Dental Care does genuinely care about its patients.
Dr. Kim was knowledgeable and skilled in managing my medical condition as it related to my dental care. I did not experience any pain during or after my appointment, Both technicians were skilled, and had very good chair-side manners. The environment was friendly and relaxed.
