Dr. Kim and her staff are so friendly and professional. They truly care for their patients and make sure you are comfortable during your treatment. My children actually love ok forward to going to the dentist.
X-rays and cleaning. Debbie was painless and thorough. Dr. Kim was able to do her exam immediately. The office staff was on top of my new insurance. A great experience.
We are always treated with respect and care. I feel as if everyone at Ballwin dental care really puts the patient first. We are always informed of treatment from routine dental cleanings, X-rays, preventive care, to cavity fillings. Today's visit was the cavity filling kind of visit. While I don't enjoy getting cavitities filled I still have to have them done, and I am happy to choose Ballwin dental care as my provider.
I was hesitant when we switched from a pediatric dentist to Ballwin Dental Care but they have exceeded my expectations! They are great with kids and get you in and out of there. I never have to wait long, the place is so clean and it is no longer a dreaded experience for my children.
I am no longer scared of the dentist when I come here! It goes so well and everyone is so courteous!
It was a last minute appt. I went right after my work. The whole team with the Dr solved my problem and answered my questions quickly.
our family has been receiving our dental services from this dental office for about forty years. Every visit has been a pleasant and professional experience. We have had cleanings,straightenings,pulling,replacing,crowning,implants etc. They do it all and we actually enjoy going to the dentist.
