All the staff were gracious & helpful. Dr. Kim was very patient with me & explained all of my procedures wonderfully. Will definitely recommend to family & friends!

I never have to wait at Ballwin Dental Care. All the staff knows me and makes me feel like part of the crowd. At the same time, everyone listens, thinks, and knows what to do before acting. I had a filling today (1/15/2016) without any discomfort (as expected).
I was not happy with the amount I was charged. I think I could have been given some consideration after all the years I have been a patient. It only took a minimum of time (about 15 min.) for my filling. Not the 40 minutes they had scheduled and I was charged $196.00.
Staff always takes the time with each person. Very happy with rhe two crowns they did the end of last year
It was an two filling painless experience. I wish I had found Dr. Kim sooner. I would recommend anyone and will to all my friends and family.
Right from the start I had a great experience. The receptionists knew my name even being the first time there. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they would be doing for each of the procedures. Even after I left the service was great. I hit the wrong box for the scheduling of my next apartment and an hour later I got a phone call from them asking what would work better for me. Very happy with the quality and care this team has. Looking forward to my next visit!

I appreciate having the opportunity to explore and evaluate my options regarding how to move forward on my dental needs. I will meet with surgeon on 29 Dec and make a decision on which path to proceed and will schedule an appointment to move forward. Thanks very much, Randy Burch
