Bought a van several weeks ago only to discover the gas gauge is not accurate. Ran out of gas in -10 degree weather and had to walk a mile to work (didn't have a phone). Was basically told I should have bought a warranty. I guess I assumed "as is" means that important functions work. When asked about at least getting reimbursed for the tow, I was told "yeah, that's not going to happen." Would not recommend...
Bought a car saturday, drove to work sunday night and transmission started slipping. Not happy with this place right now. Feel like I got ripped off.

Superior customer service. I am very picky when it comes to customer service and Ballas Buick GMC is by far one of the best. I would recommend anyone looking for a car, new or used, go to Ballas Buick GMC. I just bought my 2009 Dodge Charger SXT yesterday and I am completely satisfied with the way Jay Vanderbilt and Andy treated me and my family. We weren't treated like just anybody, they treated us like we were long time customers. Completely professional and extremely courteous.
Purchased a used car a year ago. When I discovered the sun roof didn't work, I was told that I purchased the car as is. Why would a person check the sunroof when the temperature was10 degrees and snow on the ground. Never did get anything resolved. Very poor service.
