I was beyond impressed with how kind every one was, all the gentleman I encountered were so helpful and had great mannerisms. My only complaint was I had to wait an hour and a half just for one new tire and when they were done my low pressure light was on. In my opinion when the mechanic drove it out of the garage and saw it was still on he should have taken it back in to see why instead I had to go back in and bring it to someone's attention and wait a few more minutes. Overall I was satisfied.
If you are processing an accident claim and you say it's ready why is the bumper still hanging lose when I come to get it? You are being paid to get it right. I'm not signing off on any paperwork.Don't insult my intelligence. This is UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Well i needed body work done.well had to do all the callen for updates wasn't done when it was suppose to be.still waiting to get it back.never again!ooo and they didn't even finish the job!so funny.
