Awesome place to buy a vehicle. My wife, daughter, and I all have GMCs from Ballas. Couldn't be happier with the service. I always feel very at home when I am there. Great place to do business.

I took my 2016 Encore in for a passenger side airbag recall. I spoke to Dawn to set the appointment for 4:30 on a Friday after work. I got there at 4:25, my car was taken in right away and 30 minutes later I was out the door ...washed and shiny too. Each of the service technicians I had contact with were very nice and professional. I was very impressed. Love my Encore!
YOU CANT EVEN PARK IN THE PARKING LOT!! Terrible!
