Arrived to get service done at the set time on a GM car that was ALREADY 100% paid for and was told "sorry, we're swamped. the earliest we can get to you is 1" but i showed up at the given time which was 10am. never again.
All my problems were fixed to our satisfaction. Our Envoy is 14 years old and after service it's like new again. John Millenbaugh was very helpful in assisting us with our problems. We will continue to bring our 2001 Silverado and 2002 Envoy to Ballas for all our service needs.

I took my car in this morning on a recall. It ran perfect when I got there I pulled it in to the service department. Once there they pulled it out of the garage and all of a sudden it doesn't run at all. After speaking with Nick Buck (who took the words customer service out of the dictionary), he told me to look at it is going to cost me. After all these years, George Ballas would roll over in his grave to see what they are doing to the reputation he worked so hard to build.
