My husband has leased 4 vehicles from Ballas..1 Terrain, 2 Acadias, and now absolutely loves his new 2016 Sierra. The service department (he always works with John) is top notch and Andy in the finance department is very professional and knows his stuff. They (ask for Dana in the sales dept) will work with you to find the right vehicle and Andy will make the financing work for your needs.
Used car department was wonderful. Courteous, great pricing and superb customer service. Came back a few weeks later to have an adjust made to the door (knew about it when I bought the car but didn't have time to get it fixed at the time) and it was taken care of immediately. Highly recommend!!!

Have now owned my Buick Lacrosse for 2 years and still in love with it. The ride is smooth, it has a classy look and has all the amenities that anyone would want on a car.
