I want to give 10 stars to Ballas Buick GMC. I first spoke to Amy on the phone and she was very friendly. She sent me information on the vehicle I was interested in and also took my information for my trade-in. She then had her sales manager call me and we talked numbers on the phone. Asked one of the body shop guys to take a look at an issue I was having with the rear of my vehicle. (it was being dropped off for a very minor issue) the guy said he would check it out. He told me my struts and some parts in the back were worn. So I ordered new struts and another part he mentioned. Turns out they didn't even take the tires off. My whole rear cradle needs replaced from rust damage and I'm sitting here with a bunch of parts I don't need. When I complained apparently to them "take a look at" means drive it you... read more
Lived here 50+ years. I have never been to Ballas until yesterday. Had recently bought a 07 Rendezvous from another dealer. Needed some work done only the dealer can do. The Service Department is Extremely Excellent! Everyone I saw or had contact with was glad to be there. Glad to help me. Had to leave car overnight; drove me home AND came to my house to pick me up when vehicle was done! Even washed it! Professionalism abound. I will buy my next vehicle from Ballas.
