RecommendedBallas Buick GMC employees are professional but also very personable. The maintenance/service dept. has repaired multiple issues on my car quickly and efficiently. A huge shout out to Chad Finn who has ALWAYS assisted me in finding the right vehicle, getting needed services completed, and keeping in touch for follow up. After trying local area shops who have misdiagnosed issues, I'd prefer to drive further to Ballas on Central Ave for accurate diagnosis the first time around.
