by not ripping off their customers with outrageous prices to service vehicles. diagnosis the actual problem instead of guessing. they told me my starter was bad and my mechanic of 40+yrs experience is saying otherwise. but don't worry he fixed the security issue it was having and we took the starter back we purchased because even with a new one on it did the same thing. but it was the starter not the security issue.

Just spoke to the technician, he tested the starter and it had power and ground at the starter which indicates that the starter has a dead spot. I'm sorry you are unhappy with your service, I have authorized my service manager to give a full refund which the customer refused.
