We sent £60 to Phil to stay for 2 nights on 29th November. Was told on the same day that the hotel was shutting and that we would be refunded our money. 4 weeks later still nothing, Phil has been saying for weeks we will be getting our money back "tomorrow" then the next day and the next. Now he is just ignoring us. Nothing but a bunch of scammers, would completely avoid at all costs. Beware All Tourist this Landlord Runs the ROSE as well - Currently under investigation by Blackpool Council Consumer Protection Unit, Report of extermly poor customer service sent to Booking.com and all other websites - Blackpool deserves better BEAWARE !!

Rooms/bathrooms were clean, but need a bit of work done to them. Only ised as a base so worked fine for us. Hospitality from the owners and staff was 100% couldnt have done more for us and been any more welcoming
