I absolutely love my Camaro but I absolutely HATE the fact that I purchased it from Balise. I have had one poor experience after another. I finally decided to stop going to them then I get a Safety recall and once again have to bring my car to them. Surprise, surprise....even after not going for 2.5 yrs, I see that there customer service is exactly the same! I seriously cannot believe they are so unhelpful. my mother bought a 2013 toyota sienna very satisfied with it dealer name was grizzel rodriguez very helpful and very nice.

I just bought a 2014 Cruze LT. After having a horrible experience with another Chevy Dealership, I went to Balise. Boy were we impressed! I have had the worst experiences with this dealership. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
Ben Nieves made leasing my new truck an easy experience. I went in not knowing about leases and came out feeling that I was able to make a well informed decision. He also listened to exactly what I was looking for and did not try to make me buy something that was not exactly what I wanted.
