I bought a 2016 Colorado Z71 leftover two weeks ago. The sales person and finance folks were fine and very easy to deal with. The management team however was awful with communication and followup. They failed to return calls within a timely manner at every turn. Very frustrating.

I bought a brand new suburban from them 6 months ago. Last night I got a flat tire. No big deal. I put the donut on and this AM I bought a new tire from THEIR parts department. They are too busy to install the tire. I told them I'm heading to VT this afternoon and didn't want to drive on a spare......sorry to busy......I just bought a brand new suburban from you and you're too busy for a tire......ok

Our salesman, Ben Nieves, is a good listener. He answered questions honestly and directly. He understood that we wanted to get the best car for the least money. He never pressured us to make a decision. He was knowledgeable about the Volt information systems.
