Sucks. It takes 9 million hours to buy a car. Their Service department is an absolute joke.
Was just on the phone with Jason asking about a used Audi A4 for sale. Had some concerns about the price point with potentially needing a new timing belt and water pump. Was told we've reached an impasse and hung up on. Disappointing.

My husband and I went to Balise in January and purchased a Chevy HHR. There was a few mistakes on are paperwork that wouldn't have been fixed if we hadn't looked it over carefully. Thats ok no biggie mistakes happen... Fast forward 4 months and we decided we wanted a bigger SUV well come to find out the Chevy had been in an accident and Balise Chevrolet failed to disclose this information with us! Absolute worst customer service we have ever dealt with. No one is on the same page at this place and don't even bother purchasing all of the "great sounding" warranties because it's like pulling teeth to get anything taken care of that is supposed to be covered. Multiple trips to and from the dealership wasting time on THEIR mess ups. Mind you- our vehicle is a 2015, maybe a month since purchased and already having multiple issues. Had a great experience with the guys at Balise Chevy! Thank you to Eddie Sherman for helping my husband and I get out of a bad situation with our previous vehicle and into a brand new 2016 Malibu! Eddie is very professional, knowledgeable, and great at what he does! He had an answer for every question and concern we had. Made us feel totally comfortable with what we were getting into. We are glad we chose this dealership and highly recommend it to others!
