I bought a car here 2 years ago from Joel and I service with Joe. Always found Balise Chevy to be on its game and have enjoyed my experiences at this dealership. Highly recommend for someone looking for no-nonsense interactions.

Went in this morning to see if I could get my car checked, as it's not making a good sound and has a light on. The service guy told me he couldn't get me in and that I could leave my car even after I stated I'm just passing thru that I was from Kansas and I can't leave a vehicle. He then told me he couldn't get it seen cause someone else might have to wait and then he'd get a bad review. Make sure the price you agreed on is the price you sign for. When you ask questions and you get an answer I don't know watch out. The only thing good I can say is an in service is great. After you buy a car, good luck
Leasing a 2017 chevy cruz. Chevy is so cheap now they dont even include a spare tire and jack in their new cars. Wife got a flat and had to get car towed. I will never lease or buy a car from one of these cheap companies that want to nickel and dime the consumer
