No pushy salesman. I think that generation is retired out of the business. My experience shopping for a car now compared to maybe 15 years ago and more is that is has changed entirely everywhere.
I recently purchased a used lexus and best experience i could have wished for. My salesman was Ed Ladika and he was terrific. He made the process so easy. Explained everything about the car and even called me several days after the purchase to ask if everything was OK. Explained i had trouble figuring out the navigation he immediately said stop by and i will help you. If you want a salesman who cares about his customers ask for Ed and he will make your experience the best for you too. Joan A

This review is based on my experience from 12/26/2019 - 12/31/2019 specifically 12/30/2019. We have already leased a lexus from them but i still feel i should write about the experience for benefit of others. First time we visited LExus Balise was i believe somewhere before Christmas and we met Rodney a very nice gentleman.
