Lexus 350RX delivered appropriately in middle of pandemic exactly as desired. Sadly, a rattle developed in early days. We reported in first service and service department concurred with problem. They road tested and after a two day warranty service removed the problem entirely. With apologies and no-cost 2021 model loaner, we took our spotless car back today. Quality from purchase to ongoing service expected and achieved.
They have always treated me fairly. Very nice people.
