I went with my husband just to look around and the sales rep Alisha approached to us with a big smile on her face and ask us if we wanted to text ride the car. she did not assume and treat it us like if we were her own family. we were very please with her that we brought the car and Bill too. he did all my paper work and was very explanatory from West Springfield mass
