RecommendedI had an excellent experience with Balise Lexus Service Department. When I purchased my car, I was assigned a Service Consultant. The beauty of this is any time my car has to have any service I always interact with Adam Dziewit. Adam always keeps me updated during the service process. If I need a loaner, it is ready when I arrive. The entire process in and out has been very efficient and professional.
I recommend Balise Lexus for your next car purchase they have an excellent sale staff and when it comes to service your vehicle one of the best customer service in western New England I always leave very satisfied and they really treat you like family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Best new car purchase and continuing service care I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership. It helps that Lexus/Toyota vehicles are the most reliable globally as well. I wish I could say the same for American brands but I can’t.
Clean and convenient dealership, guest assistants are quick and get you to one of the helpful service advisors quickly (if you can leave the fully stocked cafe waiting area.) fixed my vehicle in an hour or so, wash and vac.Looks & works like new again.
This dealership impresses the heck out of me! They’re transparent on price and their sales approach isn’t pushy. No harassing phone calls and no haggling just a smooth, transparent experience all around. This is how a car buying experience should be. Thank you Barbara for helping my mom find her dream car. A notice appeared on my vehicle stating “maintenance required”. I thought it meant an oil change. However, upon arriving at the dealership I was informed I do not need a change at this time but this service was simply to rotate the tires (which I can have done free of charge at where I purchased the tires) and to simply “check out the vehicle”. A total of $1500.00 was estimated for future suggested services. This visit cost me over a hundred dollars. I departed still having to have an oil change soon.
The service and employees are great very nice and understanding. I also like the organization and the service to the cars and people.
