I bought my 2022 Lexus RX 350 from Balise with low miles, no recalls, and certified. I paid a fair price. Alessha was wonderful! She listened to my wants and needs and offered great advice to help me get the exact car I wanted. Chris explained all the features of the car and I was off driving my new car in no time! The whole process was easy and stress free. And the fresh baked cookes and coffee was a real treat. I felt like Alessha was a friend.

Woman on the phone was friendly and professional. However, on the one hour drive there. The dealership call to inform us that car we were very interested to see was not available. But there was another Lexus available and that it will be waiting for us when we get there. Once we were 5 minutes away from arriving. We are again told that car was also unavailable.
