I had my initial consultation and patch test today. Pauline was very professional, clearly very knowledgeable, skilled and organised as well as being friendly. Knowing that Pauline is a fully qualified registered professional for the treatment is important to me and I felt at ease for the entire appointment. Very hygienic safe clinic environment and equipment too. I’d highly recommend Pauline.

She took the time to explain the process in detail, answered all my questions, and assessed my skin and hair type thoroughly. I had my first electrolysis consultation and patch test, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Pauline was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and really put me at ease. The treatment itself wasn’t painless, but it was comfortable and completely tolerable. Her expertise and care made all the difference. I’m so glad I found her and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatments with her. Highly recommend!

I visited Bali Whispers in Sale regarding a growth above my mouth which was really annoying & bleeding when I shaved. Pauline examined it under the microscope and then cauterized it which was fairly painless and quick. I received after care and a gel to put on it to promote healing and regrowth. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Pauline & Bali Whispers for this type of treatment.

I had a large dark sunspot across my nose which Pauline assessed and afterwards agreed to remove with electolysis. She talked me through the procedure so when I attended my appointment I was able to relax and feel comfortable. Afterwards I was given a care plan and some antiseptic powder to dust the area with until the wound dried up, which took about 2 weeks. I saw Pauline for a follow up and she assured me that after about 6 months the new pink skin would settle and blend in, which it did; and you would never know my ugly ... read more
