Avoid if you care about your watch or jewellery. Not professional village service. We brought expensive Swiss watch here just to replace the battery, and it was a huge mistake. Instead of doing the simple job requested, the staff member decided to take apart the watch even though she clearly didn’t know how. As a result, the strap was damaged and the back cover was scratched. Now the watch needs polishing. This place is not professional at all, I would never trust them with valuable items.

Well I have been a customer for over 30 years and have never been disappointed which is why I trusted Baldwins with 3 very precious rings, my mother's wedding ring, my maternal grandmother's wedding ring and a ring which was my paternal grandmother's. I never wore the rings and wanted them made into one ring. The service as always was outstanding and I now have a beautiful ring which I wear all the time. Thank you so much.

Excellent repair to my ring, missing a diamond, also it came back as shiny as it was when new. I have now left a second ring missing a diamond being repaired

Excellent experience this week. The service was fantastic. We never felt pushed into anything and were served with honesty and care. The jeweller's experience was fabulous. Not only did we leave with exactly what my heart wished for, I also left multiple pieces of highly sentimental items to be repaired. I'm looking forward to seeing it all when it is completed.
