What a great experience I had at Bald Hill car dealership! Louie Ruggieri was by far the best sales representative I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend him and the dealership for any vehicle needs. Along with Louie many of the other people who work here were just as pleasant and welcoming!
So i just purchased a 2918 Ram 1500 the dealer ship had plenty of stock and was very helpful sales person was very knowledgeable about stock and product we got the deal down in good time they where fair with trading price of my old truck and we closed the deal when i go pick up the truck the fiance manager tries to give me 4.9 interest rate needless to say i have a 800 plus credit score i was not happy about that they used some credit union which all most made me walk away from the deal that made me feel like i was taken adv... read more
I see my original post about this dealership has been deleted. The customer service is very poor. The service person almost started a fight with my husband over a key fob that went dead twice in a years time. Stranded and unable to start the truck. Obviously a defect in the key fob but they refused to give us a new one and wanted us to pay for it. So traded that truck in at another dealership and will never buy a dodge or anything from them.
Took my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for express oil change with Gregory and let him know that passengers side windshield wiper needed to be changed. Oil change done in a snap and windshield wiper replaced with a new one at no charge...just love my Jeep and Bald Hill Servic Dept. .thank you all

I have bought here before and Dave was my salesman well he retired a few months ago . So I approached Joe Grant. Told him I wanted the Ram that was sitting in the showroom 3 hrs later I was driving it home .i love the new truck and will def be Back when it’s time for an upgrade (10 years from now lol)
I took my Dodge Truck that i purchased at this dealership in for an oil change into the Express service lane and was told it would be 15-30 minutes and waited over 2 hours only to find out they only had one lift big enough to raise my truck. I should have been told this upfront as i would have left my truck there and not waited. I ended up leaving it there after 2 1/2 hours and picked it up later that day.
