They understand that we need to limit downtime on a commercial vehicle and do everything they can to get the truck turned around in a timely manner. Steve is a standout as a service advisor. I call him up and he always says, get it down here and we'll get right on it. And they do! Why else would I bring it 55 miles from Mass!
