Just leased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee from here on 12/23 and they were excellent to deal with. Both the sales person Derek Bouchard and the finance manager; as well as the entire staff. The pricing on the vehicle, Ease of the process and to me most importantly, dealing with the entire staff- professional, easy and just what I wanted. No run around on price or process. No one can give you a correct answer. Waiting to turn in my lease I called 3 times and got 3 different answer. I was told yes I can bring it the dodge on saturday they have a guy that will go over car for inspection. Go there and surprise they don't of it SATURDAYS...I was very upset, well I just spelt 1/2 a day off driving there waiting to be told nope not today come in on monday 1030am well no I work 830-400 M-F ok how about 415? I replied I don't know will he be here that day or will there be another excuse...NEVER GOING ... read more
