Once again the sales team was outstanding...there was one issue with purchasing one vehicle I looked at and they worked non stop and got us in a better vehicle for a great price. The service department is better than ever! Melinda, Tim and Mike greeted me warmly when I arrived, took down the needed information quickly and efficiently, and provided me with a ride back to the ferry. (I was leaving my 2011 Kia for 3-4 days for its annual service). The next day, Melinda called to advise me of recommended and unexpected repairs that were needed. Just bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude at Bald Hill. Joe greeted me at the door and from beginning to the end took care of all of my needs and understood exactly what I was looking for.
