Sooooo upset. Purchased my Chrysler in June....immediately noticed a noise coming from front of car. Took it back to be looked at and was told they “changed/fixed” some things. Left the dealership only to still hear noise. Took it back 3 more times for same issue and was told more lies. Got the GM involved and now they have had my car for 4 weeks straight with no answers and being ignored from the GM when I call to check on my own car.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! After sitting with a salesman for an hour negotiating cost, adding a hit to my credit AND working with my insurance company to transfer... they decided they “could no longer honor the deal”!! What type of business does this to someone...
