Bought a 2012 Jeep Sahara three months ago. In the shop already. $590 later, nothing covered. Only given one key, but they will sell me another one, no key to lugnuts., but they will remove them. No key to the gas cap cover, but it's OK, cuz we took the lock part off. Done with bald hill.
Worst sales service I ever experienced !! Will not recommend this dealership!!

Very very poor customer service!!! I do not recommend! I was interested in the 2015 2500 for sale. I called on Monday 6/1 I spoke to Kim and she was very helpful at first. O told her I was coming from out of state and I wanted all the numbers before I made the 4 hour drive to get the truck. I also told her I was ready to buy with cash in hand. All businesses deserve to make money. However, Bald Hill's Finance and Insurance Department ( F&I ) loads the price of its products to outrageous levels. Often charging twice what other dealers charge for the very same product. This is simply a "BUYER BEWARE" situation. Before you meet with F&I, know what the going interest rates are ( they quoted us 4.99% when 2.99% was readily available and 2.49% was available if you spent a little time looking for it ).
