Bad service to the patients. The assistant (African-American lady, working afternoon shift at 3:30pm on April 25) who checked my vitals were eating sunflower seeds and touching her mouth n then me!!! Wtf! Probably she doesn’t know about OSHA! I work at the Dental field, we can eat during checking or working on patients.
Waited in the ER for over 3 hours without even being seen! Horrible experience!
Awesomeness: medical procedure, medications, professionalism and the staff ( I can’t say enough about these amazing & an very special people ���)
I've had two children at Balboa and on my third one the staff is above incredible standards. I'm always getting everything I need and the customer service is outstanding. I absolutely love Balboa Medical Hospital.
The bed side manners are great but quality of care and communicating between doctors and also patients is extremely poor and needs to be addressed ASAP. There is a serious issue with this and when trying to confront the issue at hand the staff gives you excuses that they are busy. There should be NO excuses and the issue can't be addressed until it is recognized. I've seen clinics that are far busier but yet those busier clinics still know how to communicate.
The staff in Opthamology was friendly, helpful, and quick!! I hadn't expected to be seen so quickly! Thank you all for taking care of me and a pleasant visit!
