If you want a nice relaxing salon experience, don’t come here! First, my appointment was moved an hour earlier to avoid clashing with her next client. Despite that, she ran over 40 minutes late into our appointment — which would’ve been fine if she hadn’t rushed my actual appointment into just 30 minutes, cutting corners throughout. Horrible experience. The lady absolutely ruined my hair. From virgin hair that came all the way up to my bum, got butchered. She took off so much length. Patchy ‘balayage’. I would not recommend at all. Wasn’t sure how to reply back to balayage hair. So decided to further edit my review. Here is proof, the day after the appointment. The gaslighting is crazy. FYI update - owner was working and did in fact do my hair. Picture included with evidence

Monthly review: Very good wax again. The lady took care of all my hairs and made me feel fresh afterwards. Always a treat.
