No tables were clean. 30 Minute wait to find out printer didn't transfer our order to kitchen. worst experience ever at Bair's
Great good. And our usual waitress is very nice. Great family restaurant in the afternoon. Gotta try the grape ape sauce for your fries. � life changing. ���
We reserved the party room at the location on campbell, for a baby shower. It was reserved a good month in advance, and confirmed that morning. When we walked into the room we were in shock. Our feet literally stuck to the floor. There was food, straws, etc on the floor. The talked had food on them, and we're wet from drink spills. My daughter swept the floors before our guestsarrived. Just went in (3:40pm) to have lunch only 3 tables occupied seen 3 waitresses and not ONE even came over or greeted us! All was standing around counting their money so after 15min we left VERY DISAPPOINTED! I'd understand if they were busy but 3 tables isn't busy!!! Pretty crappy!!!!
We went here this evening and they had 10 tables with customers. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes almost for 2 burgers with sides. After 45 minutes we asked if they'd even started our food and was finally offered chips while we waited. The guy I assume was management walked by at least 10 times and never even spoke to us. Even after seeing our drinks needing refilled. He only spoke to 2 tables the whole time we were there. This was the worst service I've ever experienced!
First time, in love, take my money. ALWAYS heard good things about this place and today I was not let down.
Great selection, great food, great prices on it's way to becoming a Springfield staple.
The food is always amazing and the staff is always in good spirits.. best horseshoe in the business.. I highly recommend it�
