Been here a couple times but was disappointed tonight. My boyfriend asked for a well done burger, and it was barely medium. I would have told the waitress but she disappeared after dropping off our food and didn't come back for about 20 minutes. Didn't ask how our food was until she came to ask if our checks were separate or together. He took maybe 3 bites of his burger. For a $14 burger I expect A LOT better than that.
We own the Hearing Clinic next door so we are at Bairs all the time :) great service and great food. Always good quality just as suspect! Always recommending it to our clients who love a good burger.
