Ate at Bairs for the first time in over a year. Used to love this place. Ordered a side of cheddar munchers which were $8.50 and there were just a handful of them in the order. The burger was much smaller than it used to be, our side order of fries had about 10 small fries in it. The kids meal actually was a larger portion than the adult burger and fries. The food is tasty, but we won't be coming back because of the poor value.
Our server was great. Food was just ok. However a couple other servers were having a conversation in front of the customers about “butts and buttholes”. Really?? Not impressed!!
Great place to grab quick lunch or hang out with friends. Also did wonderful fundraising pancake breakfast for our friends.
Only giving this 1 star because of the server. We ordered our food and got it an hour later. My burger was slammed (asked for medium and it was charred on the outside with grey in the middle) and the other party had cold fries with an okay burger. Met with an excuse the wrong burger went to the wrong table. Also, saw another 2 top go out because they weren’t greeted for at least 10-15 minutes. Really disappointed. Won’t come back and surely won’t recommend to anyone looking for a good burger.
Love those burgers, Love to go there with my grown kids and extended family. We always have a good time.
Disgusting and the customer service here is atrocious. Waited too long for a booth to be cleaned and was ignored by the workers when I asked them to clean it so my party and I could take seats. They sat the people behind us first on a dirty booth so we left whenever there was 15+ people waiting to be sat due to dirty tables!! Absolutely ridiculous and sickening!
Amber Dawn is an amazing bartender! Place has awesome food and good beer! Come check it out!

Terrible service sat here for over 15 minuets without anyone helping us then took another 45 to get our food. And then sat here with no refills for Atleast 10 minutes and nothing was done about our wait or anything
Mine and my friends burgers were raw, I'll never go back to that one.
