I placed a to-go order as I usually do and picked up my order as normal. When I got home and checked my order it was wrong. I called and spoke with Brian the general manager who immediately alleviated my concerns and offered to make the situation right. Just want to say a great big thank you for owning up to the poor quality and for making it right! I will gladly go back again. :)
We called ahead because we heard they had a great deal for kids night - kids eat for $1. They confirmed it. When we were given our receipt, they only gave us one kids meal at that price. I asked if that was a mistake because we'd called to confirm if ALL kids eat for $1. The manager came over and said it changed months ago. It didn't matter that their staff didn't tell me, and that they'd misinformed me over the phone. We won't be back.
Worst service ever. We came to watch the baseball game tonight and chose a seat according to where the waitress said we could have the tv channel changed. We asked three times very nicely over the course of our visit and when our food was brought out, I reminded her and said this was the fourth time we have asked...please have the tv changed to the game. She changed the channel and the threw our silverware down on the table at us....they actually slide across the table and into my beer glass. We left. Unacceptable.

Amazing place! Everyone was so friendly and the fried pickle Burger was absolutely phenomenal!!! Will definitely be back again! Everyone treated us with respect and cooked the burger to perfection. It was great to be able to let my grandmother try fried pickles for the first time there. we made great memories!! Thank you guys again for the hospitality
Some of the best burgers around! And there are 50 different burgers to choose from. We visit the place on a regular basis.
This was our third time there and we really enjoy it! Everyone is very friendly and the food is very good. Reasonably priced too!
Awesome food and reasonably fast service. Try the homemade chips and ask for a side of ranch to dip them in!
