A pleasant experience , Heather was friendly and professional
Please have some Hunting and Fishing Magazines there as there was not much for my dad to read while he waited for over 1 hour.
Waited forever, my appointment was cut short because they waited almost an hour to inform me they needed more info in regards to my insurance (which I quickly got to them) & the receptionist was snippy. My nurse and the dentist were nice, professional and informative. But waiting an hour and 15 minutes to be seen for 5 minutes was an issue for me.

Did not even clean my teeth than going to refer me to a specialist and call it a day like they could of clean my teeth but I will be looking for another dentist I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO BAIN. Than also bring up a bill that occurred in 2017 never said anything about it until now
