My wife and I called to have our teeth cleaned before going on a cruise. The office manager tells my wife no problem we will get you cleaned up. She comes in one day did all the xrays and photos etc then was told they can’t clean her teeth from some bogus gum disease that no other dentist ever observed. Prompt scheduling for an appointment to fix a temporary crown which came off. They were able to have the permanent crown delivered and installed it the next day.

I was impressed with the office, the only complaint i have is that the check in/out shares a window which is right in the enter/exit doorway. perhaps separate windows out of the main pathway would be better.

All of my calls are being sent to voice mail. This does not work for me. I am not going to play phone tag with your office in Villa Rica. They need to answer the phone when the patient calls them.

Assistant was new and took 3 tries to get upper impression
