Y'all are great! Everyone is so nice, and really care about you.
I recently broke a porcelain crown. It was painless, but - since it was a front tooth - Bain Dental went above and beyond to work me in that same day (which happened to be a Friday). My schedule was a bit hectic that day, but they made accommodations for me. They easily could have just let me slide and pushed me to the first of the next week, but they took the time and energy to work me in.
I love when you get your teeth cleaned that don't use those sharp instruments. Your mouth was not sore.
Every issue and concern that I have had with my dental was addressed in a quick manner. They call to remind me of my appointment because; we do get busy. They always inform me of the dental cost before proceeding with any work. What I like most is each staff member always call me by my name, that means alot to know I'm treated like a person, not a number. Great Job. Bain Dental Group. I feel confident in having my month in your hands.
I’m very pleased so far. Jessica is very sweet and personable, while still super professional. The front office staff is friendly. The doctors are great! I couldn’t be more happy with my new dentist and hygienist!

My wife and I called to have our teeth cleaned before going on a cruise. The office manager tells my wife no problem we will get you cleaned up. She comes in one day did all the xrays and photos etc then was told they can’t clean her teeth from some bogus gum disease that no other dentist ever observed.
