When the front desk person took my name, she immediately said I owed $30 from 3 years ago from the Carrollton location. I think your bookkeeping could use an upgrade and good customer service does not include trying to settle an account when someone walks into the door. The office was clean. The dental hygienist did a good job and the doctor didn't waste my time. Teeth cleaning went very well. The appointment started on time and the technician was very thorough and professional. She provided some suggestions when I asked for recommendations regarding plaque build-up. Overall a very efficient and productive appointment.
Very happy with service provided. Primary reason for going was proximity to my home and they accepted my insurance. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the care they took to guide me through the process. The procedure went extremely well and a day later I was without pain. I highly recommend them.
