Trying to charge me £211 for an appointment I never booked! When I called weeks ago, they said they’d stop the charge but clearly never did as it’s been over a month and they’re still trying to take it! I had an amazing experience at Bad Apple salon yesterday! Sam gave me a fantastic haircut with bangs that exceeded my expectations. He not only listened attentively to what I wanted but also offered valuable advice on hair care. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were all friendly and professional.
